Yarix LLC ("we", "us"), a New Mexico limited liability company, operates the Dress It mobile application and website. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account: email address (for one-time-code sign-in), display name, handle, and optional profile details (bio, city, age, gender, orientation).
• Content: photos and videos of looks you post, messages you send, comments, and the looks you fund.
• Payments: when you contribute toward a look, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy. We retain a record of the transaction (amount, date, parties) for legal and financial reporting.
• Device: basic technical data (app version, crash logs) to keep the app working.

How we use it

To provide the service: authenticate you, show the feed, process contributions toward real-world clothing purchases, deliver messages, and pay creators. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments and creators

Contributions fund a real-world physical item for the recipient. Funds are routed to creators via Stripe Connect. A platform commission applies and is disclosed at checkout.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. On deletion we remove your profile, looks, messages, and personal details from public view and sign you out. For legal and financial compliance we retain records of completed financial transactions (contributions and payouts) in anonymized form. See our Data Deletion page for details.

Data retention

We keep personal data while your account is active. After deletion, personal data is removed or anonymized; transaction records are retained only as required by law.
